1、確定儀器要安裝的房間，ICP光譜儀是大型精密儀器，尤其是進(jìn)口儀器，對使用環(huán)境的條件要求比較高。

2、要有良好的用電環(huán)境，ICP在點(diǎn)火的瞬間，功率還是很大的，所以電源要不低于10千瓦，實(shí)驗(yàn)室要單獨(dú)供電，特別是企業(yè)，不要和其它大功率的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備共用電源，因?yàn)槠渌蠊β试O(shè)備啟動(dòng)時(shí)會(huì)對儀器測試造成比較大的影響，甚至損壞儀器。電壓要相對穩(wěn)定，頻率也要穩(wěn)定，可以用示波器去監(jiān)測，要有良好的正弦波形，不能有脈沖或方波。最好要有穩(wěn)壓電源，向廠家咨訊購買何種型號的穩(wěn)壓電源。不是每一種穩(wěn)壓電源都是可以使用的。我也曾遇到過電的問題，企業(yè)有可控硅生產(chǎn)線，結(jié)果整個(gè)電網(wǎng)頻率不穩(wěn)，儀器怎么調(diào)也不穩(wěn)，后來單獨(dú)拉了一條線，一切搞定。

3、ICP光譜儀在使用中要有良好的通風(fēng)，所以至少要在實(shí)驗(yàn)室留下安裝通風(fēng)的位置。也不要在沒有廠家安裝圖紙的情況下安裝好通風(fēng)，到時(shí)候儀器來了有可能位置高度均不合適，哪樣就得重新安裝通風(fēng)。如果想提前安裝，可以詢問廠家，一般廠家都會(huì)提供一個(gè)詳細(xì)的安裝圖紙，可以按圖紙安裝。
